The Delightful Children from Down the Lane

Probably one of the most interesting villains I've ever encountered in a cartoon series growing up, these children were a great source of curiosity for my imagination. Who were they? What are their names? Why did they always speak in unison and act in perfect synchronization? I kept asking myself these questions throughout the run of the show, and thankfully my questions were answered when Operation Z.E.R.O. came out and I discovered KND had their own wiki.
