This review is a rather late, but for those of you who've seen me at FillyCon 2016, I want to than you for either coming to buy a pony or just to say hello. This review may be rather short because most of the details have faded from my memory.
The convention city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was a grand location. Communication with convention staff was good, and vendor hall staff was very good to work with. Seeing old friends at the convention and meeting new ones is also something I look forward to.
Since it was a first year convention, it did have some problems. Registration was a bit disorganized, but eventually had itself straightened out. Attendance was low, which would mean less sales, but it wasn't completely unprofitable. And it would have been very helpful to me and other vendors if Wi-Fi were set up for the vendors to use to make transactions electronically.
Philadelphia itself. When the vendor hall was quiet, I stepped out and took pictures of Philadelphia's City Hall and the surrounding buildings. After the first day, we took a bus tour of the city and learned many things about the city's history. I always like visiting places with rich amounts of history connected to it. And during that time, I could help but hear Elton John's "Philadelphia Freedom" in my head.
Have a good day
